Dealing With Dough began as a journal; a documentation of my time learning the skills of an artisan baker. As I travelled the country, working at bakeries from the coast to the capital, I soon learnt that the inquisitive nature I had acquired stretched far beyond the boundaries of bread.
Here, on this website, I hope to investigate, connect and report the stories that form our food culture in Britain. Whilst the majority of my stories are written, many of them can be found on my podcast, The Food Forecast.
