In the autumn of 2014, I opened HH Bakery, a micro bakery in the heart of Kent. With a focus on classic and continental bread and pastries, we have progressed from a monthly stall to a weekly mail order service. On Wednesday evenings you can place an order online, or through Twitter, which will be baked on Friday evenings, and ready for collection on Saturday mornings.
